We do the heavy lifting — quite literally. You walk us through the home once. We handle everything that follows.
Consult
Day 1A 45-minute walkthrough — we read the home, the buyer profile, and the agent's strategy. You receive a styling proposal within 48 hours.
Curate
Day 2–4From our warehouse, we hand-select every sofa, side table, lamp and linen — composed for the architecture of your home.
Install
Day 7A single, choreographed install day. By 5pm the home is fully styled, photographed and ready for the agent's first inspection.
Reveal
Day 7 + 6 wksStylist hands the keys back. Hire runs eight weeks; we collect the day after the property is sold, so you can move on without lifting a thing.
Time,
on your side.
A premium sale takes the time it takes. If your home takes longer to find the right buyer, our standard eight-week hire extends to twelve, with no extra charges; conditions apply.
It's our promise: every Homazing-styled home gets the runway it deserves, without the pressure of a deadline.
The guarantee applies to unoccupied, single residential dwellings that remain actively marketed throughout: a live online listing and at least one scheduled, advertised open inspection each week. Occupied properties, new developments, display suites and relocations sit outside the standard guarantee — for those, our senior stylists will tailor a package to suit your campaign. Once the property sells, we'll arrange a time to collect the furniture.
